IN ENGLISH:

Ingredients for the tofu curry:

1 medium onion
water (just to splash the onion while cooking)
green beans (about 2 handfuls)
50ml of water (to cook the beans and onion together)
1 tbsp of curry powder
1 tbsp of coconut sugar
1 tbsp of nutricional yeast
1 tbsp of dry shredded coconut
pinch of black pepper
salt to taste
1 tbsp of garlic powder
turmeric for color (whatever quantity you want)
soy cream (about 250ml)
block of tofu, cut in cubes

Recipe:
Caramelize de onion by chopping it and add it to your pan. With the heat on medium/high, it will start to stick to the bottom of the pan, start by adding small splashes of water, and stir. Repeat the process when the water is fully gone and so on till the onion is brown and softer. Add the green beans and the 50m of water to cook together with the onion. Next add all the spices together and combine everything. Add the soy cream and the tofu next and let everything cook on low till the sauce thickens, about 15/20min. Keep and eye on it. Serve with basmati rice or black bean rice!

Ingredients for the tofu burger:

tofu, sliced
salt to taste
garlic powder to taste
lettuce
barbecue sauce
dairy-free cheese
buns

Recipe:
Slice the tofu and grill with salt and garlic powder till the edges are crispy. Then just add it to your favorite toasted bun, with some slices of dairy-free cheese, lettuce and barbecue sauce! You can also add onion and tomato, I just didn’t had those ahaha.

EM PORTUGUÊS:

Ingredientes para o caril de tofu:

1 cebola média
água (só em pequenas quantidades, quando cozinhando a cebola)
feijão verde a gosto
50ml para cozinhar o feijão verde
1 colher de sopa de caril em pó
1 colher de sopa de açúcar de coco
1 colher de sopa de flocos nutricionais
1 colher de sopa de coco desidratado
pitada de pimenta preta
sal a gosto
1 colher de sopa de de alho em pó
açafrão para dar cor, a gosto
natas de soja (250ml)
tofu, cortado em cubos

Receita:

Começar por adicionar a cebola picada numa frigideira. Com o lume médio/alto, dourar a cebola até que começa a colar no fundo. Adicionar em água em pequenas quantidades para caramelizar. Ir repetindo o processo sempre que a água evapora até a cebola está bem dourada. De seguida, adicionar o feijão verde e os 50ml de água para cozinhar os legumes. De seguida, juntar todas as especiarias e envolver. Deitar as natas de soja e o tofu, e deixar tudo cozinhar em lume baixo durante 15/20min, até os legumes estiverem tenros e o molho engrossar. Servir com arroz basmati ou arroz de feijão preto!

Ingredientes para o hamburguer de tofu:

tofu
sal a gosto
alho em pó a gosto
molho barbecue
alface
pão de hamburguer
queijo vegan

Recipe:
Fatiar o tofu e grelhar com sal e alho em pó até estar crocante. Juntar ao pão, com o “queijo”, alface e molho barbecue! Se quiser, adicionar tomate e cebola. (:
